Rates & Responsibilities
Every property is special and will have unique needs and expectations. Therefore, rates and responsibilities are negotiable and are calculated on a daily basis, with consideration to the individual needs of the owners, innkeepers, inns and their area or location. Since our goal is to offer a seamless transition, we expect to walk in your shoes, taking care of the daily routine that supports the success of your inn in the same manner that you would.
Services provided, but not limited to include:
- Time permitted, we will spend two days learning your reservations applications, policies, procedures and daily routine. With room, board and transportation provided, that period is without charge to you. This also offers us time to become familiar with your area prior to diving into a 24/7 routine.
- Guest Services - include reservations, inquiries, confirmations,correspondence, check-ins & outs, dining & activity reservations, and other requirements of the property as agreed on by both parties.
- Breakfast preparation, service and kitchen clean up. Preparation and presentation of afternoon snacks, gathering hour, bedtime snack or other baking needs of the inn.
- Providing your guests with consistent, quality care and attention, intended to maintain and support your reputation
- Loving care given to your pets and plants –
- Furry family & friends, fish, birds and reptiles are all included! Larger animals too!
- Banking and shopping as needed
- Detailed daily report on your return
